District of Elkford Auction: Sale of Surplus Equipment 2025
Going Once, Going Twice...
Bidders may view the sale items at the District of Elkford Public Works Yard at 8 Inkaneep Road in Elkford, on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays) from May 26 until June 9, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. and BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Bids will be accepted at the Public Works Office during the above timeframes. Please call 250.865.4025 to set up an appointment. Checking in with the Public Works Office, on site, is required prior to viewing. The equipment is available for sale on an “as is/where is” basis. Successful bidders will be notified on June 12, 2025 and all items must be paid for by June 19, 2025.
Successful bidders will be required to issue FULL payment with cash or certified cheque within 7 days of being notified by the District. If payment is not received within the time frame, another successful bidder will be chosen. Item(s) must be removed from municipal property within 14 days after payment is made to the District. All items must be removed from the Public Works yard by Wednesday, July 2, 2025.

- Lacrosse Nets
- SCBAs
- Solar Aerator
- Husqvarna Walk Behind Weed Whipper
