*NEW* FALL 2025: INTRODUCTION TO REIKI

Did you know you have the power to be your own healer? In this gentle two-hour introduction to Reiki, you will learn how to connect with your higher self and awaken your natural ability to move and balance energy.

Rooted in the ancient Japanese tradition of energy healing, Reiki is a hands-on practice that uses calming, restorative vibrations to release emotional blockages, ease physical tension and soothe the nervous system. With regular practice, Reiki can support the immune system, reduce stress and bring relief to both body and spirit.

You will be guided through the foundational principles of Reiki, learn simple energy techniques and begin exploring your own intuitive gifts. Whether you are new to energy work or feeling the call to reconnect, this workshop offers a welcoming space to begin your healing journey.
