District of Elkford Public Notice
Annual General Meeting: June 23, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.
Pursuant to Section 99 of the Community Charter, the District of Elkford will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 2025 in Council Chambers, located at 744 Fording Drive, Elkford B.C., to receive submissions and inquiries from the public respecting the 2024 Annual Municipal Report.
The Annual Municipal Report will be available for public inspection by 8 a.m. on June 9, 2025 at the Municipal Office, during regular business hours (from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Hard copies will be available upon request at no charge.
Anyone wishing to provide their comments to council, but is unavailable to attend the meeting on June 23, 2025, is encouraged to submit their comments, in writing, by any of the following methods:
- In person: written submissions can be dropped off to the Municipal Office at 744 Fording Drive.
