Watering Restrictions

Outdoor Watering Restrictions (April 1 to September 30)
To help conserve water, lawn watering is permitted only between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Even-numbered addresses: Water on even-numbered days only
Odd-numbered addresses: Water on odd-numbered days only
Automatic irrigation systems: May operate on any day between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m., but not on consecutive days
Hand watering: Permitted at any time and is exempt from the day restrictions
New sod or newly seeded lawns: Exempt from day restrictions for up to 30 days after planting
Residents must avoid over-watering at all times. During periods of water shortage, the District may impose additional restrictions or a complete outdoor watering ban. Municipal operations and licensed plant nurseries are exempt from these restrictions.
