IMPORTANT CHANGES TO RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL GARBAGE PICKUP FOR CHRISTMAS, BOXING DAY AND NEW YEAR'S DAY

DECEMBER 25 (CHRISTMAS DAY): CHANGES FOR RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS 🎄🗑️
Due to the statutory holiday on Thursday, December 25, residential garbage pickup will be taking place on Wednesday, December 24 instead.

Pickup routes may vary due to operations, so a friendly reminder that per Elkford’s solid waste bylaw, all residential garbage bins must be set out behind the curb and unclipped, on the collection day, between the hours of 4 a.m. and 7 a.m. only, and remain out until collected. 

DECEMBER 26 (BOXING DAY): CHANGES FOR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS 📦🗑️
Due to the statutory holiday on Friday, December 26, commercial garbage pickup will be taking place on Monday, December 29 instead.

JANUARY 1 (NEW YEAR'S DAY): CHANGES FOR RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS 🎆🗑️
Due to the statutory holiday on Thursday, January 1, residential garbage pickup will be taking place on Wednesday, December 31 instead.
