Reminder: 2026 Property Taxes and Residential Utilities Deadline
A reminder that 2026 Property Taxes and 2026 Residential Utilities are due by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
To avoid a 10 per cent penalty, all payments must be received by the tax deadline. Eligible homeowners must also apply for the home owner grant through the Province of British Columbia before the tax deadline on July 2, 2026, to avoid penalties. District Office hours are extended during tax season. From June 15 to July 2, the office is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding July 1 (a statutory holiday).
The District Office will be closed on Wednesday, July 1 for Canada Day.
