DISTRICT OF ELKFORD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:

For District of Elkford Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 921, 2025

 

Pursuant to Section 466 of the Local Government Act R.S.B.C. 2015, Chapter 1, notice is hereby given that council for the District of Elkford has scheduled a public hearing to hear representations of all persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by proposed District of Elkford Zoning Bylaw No. 737, 2013, Amendment Bylaw No. 921, 2025.

General Purpose:


This bylaw would permit a Single-Unit Dwelling as a principal use AND Home Occupation, including bed and breakfast, as an accessory use.

NOTE: Only the properties highlighted by the red hatched area will the bylaw apply to.

All submissions will form part of the record of the public hearing.
