For District of Elkford Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 920, 2025
Pursuant to Section 466 of the Local Government Act R.S.B.C. 2015, Chapter 1, notice is hereby given that council for the District of Elkford has scheduled a public hearing to hear representations of all persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by proposed District of Elkford Zoning Bylaw No. 737, 2013, Amendment Bylaw No. 920, 2025.

General Purpose:
To permit the property to have up to 6 un-serviced recreational vehicle campground spaces.
NOTE: This is a site-specific amendment to the A-1 zone that will only affect this property.
