Traditional Karate (Ages 8+ to Adult)

By Tracy

Ready to kick-start your karate journey?

Guided by ninth-degree black belt Rick Leveille and fifth-degree black belt David Blanchett, Sensei Doug Wilde, with support from Rick Leveille, will teach participants the basics and beyond.

Karate is a dynamic system of unarmed combat using the hands and feet to deliver and block blows. Widely practiced as both a sport and a form of self-defence, traditional karate training also develops discipline, focus, mental strength, and personal growth.
