Karate Fundamentals (Ages 6-8)
Ready to kick-start your karate journey?
New this year for ages 6-8, Karate Fundamentals introduces children to the basics of karate in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Participants will learn beginner stances, punches, kicks, blocks, and simple movement while building confidence, focus, coordination, and respect for themselves and others.
No previous experience is required. Participants should wear comfortable clothing they can move easily in, bring a water bottle, and come ready to learn!
